A thoughtfully curated network of experienced hospitality professionals, matched to clearly defined assignments, prepared before they arrive and supported until the work is done.
A position opens. Someone moves on, someone goes on leave, an opening approaches, or a project has to be delivered inside a fixed window. The operation still has to run, and it has to run well.
When a seat is empty and the operation still has to run, we place an experienced professional into it — chosen deliberately, briefed properly, and accountable for real outcomes rather than coverage.
Aurelia Task Force Solutions and Aurelia Hospitality Consulting are sister divisions, and each stands on its own. A consulting engagement sometimes surfaces a need Task Force can meet, and a professional on property sometimes sees an opportunity worth advising on. Most clients come to us for one or the other, and either is a complete relationship.
Aurelia provides task force support across hotel leadership, commercial, operational, financial and specialized disciplines. The examples below are a sample rather than a boundary — coverage varies with the property, and a select-service hotel is staffed very differently from a resort.
General management and executive leadership.
Sales and catering, marketing and revenue management.
Rooms, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering and spa.
Accounting and finance.
Conversions, renovations, transitions, openings and defined projects.
The right expertise, brought into an organization where and when it is needed — strengthening the whole operation without requiring every capability to live inside it permanently.
We have spent years building a network of experienced hospitality professionals and getting to know them personally. What arrives is a considered shortlist — matched to the systems you run, the brand you operate under, and the actual requirements of the assignment.
Aurelia is led from the operating side of hospitality. We have held the roles we place, carried the same budgets, and answered to the same ownership groups.
We spend our working lives diagnosing how hospitality organizations are structured and where they have room to improve. That reading of a property shapes who we match to it.
An assignment is a scope and a timeframe, not a tier of talent. You get access to senior hospitality professionals for exactly the period and scope the work requires.
The division is built and run by people with substantial task force experience, who understand what an interim professional needs in the first week to make an immediate impact.
We start with what is actually happening at the property, not just which seat is empty. Leadership structure, reporting line, the state of the department, and what has to be true in ninety days.
We work from our own talent network rather than an open call. The shortlist is matched on discipline, market, systems experience, brand and management company knowledge, property type, leadership capability, timing and the actual requirements of the assignment.
You review the shortlist and approve the match. Once it is confirmed, the professional is briefed on systems, brand standards, reporting relationships and the outcomes the assignment is accountable for, all before arrival.
The professional is on property and Aurelia stays in the loop with both sides. Assignments are adjusted when the situation changes, which it usually does.
We close out the assignment with a documented handover the property can use, and an honest read on what the department needs next.
Aurelia Task Force Solutions is led by our Partnerships and Talent Support team, who own the relationship from the first conversation through evaluation. You work with one person throughout — someone who knows this business, knows your property, and stays accountable for the match and for everything that follows it.
Tell us the property, the position and the timeline, and we will come back with a shortlist of professionals matched to your requirements.
